Seaside Travel Diary

Hey Y’all!

So about two weeks ago, I went to one of my favorite places on earth with my family – Seaside, Florida! If you follow me on instagram, you probably saw a few pictures from my trip that I posted already! I have been working on this post for a while so y’all can see all of my pics and recommendations for 30a and Seaside!

Seaside is definitely one of the most relaxing and laid back places that I have been to; however, the week we went this year, it was really busy the first few days. Some things were a little more busy than they usually are, but that didn’t stop us from going out every day to our favorite places!

First stop: The Meltdown on 30a

One of my first go to places is the meltdown on 30a. This place straight up has THE BEST grilled cheese ever!! My go to is the Smokin’ Turkey. It has jack cheese, smoked turkey, bacon, avocado, and albuquerque sauce. AVOCADO PEOPLE. On a grilled cheese!!!

Second Stop: Bud and Alley’s

My family always goes here on each trip. The fried shrimp po boy is so good! The sweet potato fries are also a really good choice to have as a side.

Third Stop: Dawson’s Yogurt & Fudgeworks

This place has the best fudge! I totally recommend the Birthday Cake, Cookie Dough, and Peanut Butter Fudge!

Fourth Stop: Frost Bites

If you want something cold while in this area, Frost Bites is the place to go! This place has every flavor of snow cone you could ever want. We usually eat this three or more times while we are there and it honestly is A MUST HAVE. My faves are the Flamingo Mix and the Pink Lemonade!

Fifth Stop: Raw and Juicy Stand

Raw and Juicy is the place to go for smoothies, juice, AND coconuts! You can add in flavors to the coconut but I preferred the regular. Very refreshing and they also have an actual stand across the street for the juices and smoothies.

Sixth Stop: The Candy Bar

The Candy Bar is perfect for a sweet stop. Lots of candy, freak-shakes and more!Store is also super cute! This is located in Watercolor next to Seaside, but it is only a short bike ride away.

Seventh Stop: Pizza by the Sea

Pizza by the Sea is also in 30a and has pretty good pizza. It’s a nice and quiet change in scenery if everything is busy. The inside is very cute and has painted pizza trays covering the walls. Also, FREE STICKERS.

Eighth Stop: Bud & Alley’s Pizza Bar

This pizza place is my fave! Sadly I ate it too fast too show y’all but their Margherita pizza and cheese are delish! The salads are also really good.

Ninth Stop: Heavenly’s

The final place I am going to tell y’all about is Heavenly’s. We go here when we are craving something sweet. The gelato and sorbet are great. I recommend the chocolate mocha gelato – it is my favorite and is sooo delish!

Here are some more pics from my trip ❤
